Seasonal Pricing for House Lighting Installation
We offer transparent pricing based on the type of lights, technical expertise required, and the season you book. Minimum installation charges apply:
Early Season (Oct 1 – Oct 31): $225 minimum
Standard Season (Nov 1 – Dec 14): $250 minimum
Peak Season (Dec 15 – Dec 23): $280 minimum
C9 LED lights are installed by securing each individual bulb with clips, creating the distinguished "Show Home" look that offers a timeless, classic appeal.
*Please note: If you are supplying your own lights and they differ from the standard 16.5 ft strand length, the installation will be charged per foot to accommodate the variation. We're happy to discuss this with you during the booking process.

Icicles Pricing (7ft/strand*)
Specialty Installations:
C6 LED double wrap installation on a house is charged at twice the standard per-strand rate.
Long light spools (30 ft or more) incur an additional installation charge of $0.20 per foot.
Pricing for railings, pillars, pergolas, and similar structures may vary—please contact us for details.
Fixing Existing Installations - The rate is $140 per man-hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours. The total time required may vary based on the condition of the lights. If lights have been left up for multiple years, the crew may recommend a full removal and reinstallation.
Travel Charge – A travel fee starting at $40 may apply to jobs outside of Calgary, including (but not limited to) Okotoks, Airdrie, Cochrane, Priddis, and Bragg Creek. For Canmore and Banff, travel charges start at $75.
Cancelation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a $50 fee will be applied.
